Kurozen So I cloned a repo, immediately made a new branch of local master, never changed anything, come back later and I "git fetch upstream master", then "git merge upstream/master" ... thinking I applied the merge onto master branch ...00:27
Then quickly realizing the merge is done on the current branch, so okay there ... then I look at the fetch output (verbose) and ...00:28
