it looks that dvr_entry_rerecord() is not invoked for me on stop. It is called twice during boot of tvheadend with dvr_in_init=1 and other two times with dvr_in_init=008:49
perexg: on stop, also dvr_entry_set_timer() is not called. It looks the only parent routine that can call dvr_entry_rerecord().08:50

I tested HLS stream with ffmpeg, If I write to file it works, but same parameters (with pipe:1) causes deadlock in tvh18:11
